What type of services do you offer?

Because every single wedding and event is unique, every package is custom created and priced. This is based on a variety of factors including your date, location, service needs, budget and more. Whether you’re looking for an elopement package or full service wedding planning with design and concierge style assistance, we’ll always set up a call to chat with you and work through the details. We want to learn about what you have in mind so we can build a custom package for you and your event experience.

How do you work with vendor payments and contracts?

Transparency is one of my utmost important company and personal values. I believe it’s in the client’s best interest to fully understand what they’re getting from their vendors and what they’re paying them.  

While I absolutely curate my vendor suggestions for each wedding based on personality, style and budget match, I want clients to be as invested in their wedding day dream team as I am. Clients will review and sign every contract directly. If clients would like my assistance with vendor payments for convenience and efficiency, we are happy to provide this service and will also provide receipts and payment information for review and reference.

In addition, I do not upcharge or take commission on ANY vendor service. I feel strongly that regardless of budget, clients should have real trust in their wedding vendors and believe we are all worth the fee we each charge.  

I do suggest only creatives that I trust intrinsically, and have spent years nurturing relationships with talented professionals who operate real businesses throughout the nation and in a variety of budgets so I can provide only the best  options to my clients for their dream days.

We work well together because we trust each other, not only to take care of our client on the wedding day but also throughout the process.  

How many event staff will be at the wedding / event? 

Truly, it depends on the event. Usually, you’ll see me plus one assistant. There is a fine balance between having enough staff to properly service an event and having too many people appearing to just stand around.  This is something we work through during our initial phone call and customize based on your event. 

How do you manage family / wedding party? 

Prior to the wedding, we’ll send you a simplified wedding day timeline that you can share with your wedding party and family members so they’re informed on where they need to be. 

We execute the ceremony rehearsal, and during that time, we’ll meet everyone and discuss the expectation of the family and wedding party and be sure to answer any and all their questions.

During the planning process itself, we welcome questions from your family and wedding party. I recognize that this is an experience that is important for everyone.

Do you have an assistant that can execute the wedding in case something happens to you, illness-or otherwise? 

Yes! I have a team, with my lead assistant who has access to all my files and is constantly kept informed of our projects and will be able to step in and advise our team to take care of your wedding. 

Do you have professional insurance?

Yes! I operate a professional business, with a real office for my staff to work out of and we carry proper business insurance including liability insurance.
